To help with the planning process, we kindly ask that you submit your RSVP for all wedding events as soon as possible using the RSVP form on our website. The final deadline for RSVPs is 10th May 2026.
Most of the event spaces at Wilderness Reserve are set in nature, so we recommend choosing your attire and footwear accordingly. If the weather works in our favour, the only portion of the events that will take place inside is the dance party!
Please also note that some event spaces are a 10-15 minute walk from each other, on rural grass, forest paths and gravel in some areas, so we recommend avoiding stilettos or heels that might sink into the terrain or collect dust/mud.
You can find more details about the dress code for each event by clicking on the applicable button below.
Polished British countryside ensembles that lean into heritage fabrics (think plaid, houndstooth, herringbone and tweed) and transitional outerwear staples. Creative layering with accessories like bandanas, belts and hats welcome! But ultimately, our welcome party will be a relaxed, fireside, come-as-you-are event.
We highly recommend wearing boots, wellies or other footwear that you don't mind getting muddy/dirty as we will walk to the forest on foot, and the paths are quite rural, shared by grazing sheep and so on.
Black Tie. Long dresses/gowns for ladies and tuxedos for gentlemen. As far as colors go, we welcome earth tones, neutrals and metallics! If you do not own a tux, there are many options to rent.
While the Wedding Ceremony will take place in the Forest, transportation will be provided from your property at Wilderness to the forest entry point. We recommend footwear that you're comfortable wearing on natural, woodland terrain as there will be some uncovered paths from the drop-off point to the ceremony seating itself (approximately 3-4 minute walk).
While transportation will not be provided to and from Wilderness Reserve, there is plenty of parking available once you arrive for the events. Upon entering the gates to Sibton Estate, a parking attendant will greet and direct you. That said, we highly encourage you to pre-book a taxi well in advance so you can enjoy the open bar to the fullest!
All of the event spaces are easily walkable from one another, though transportation will be provided back to the center, Sibton Manor, following the Welcome Party. We have also arranged transportation from Sibton Manor to the Forest Ceremony on the Wedding Day. Outside of these moments, please plan to walk with the group.
If you have any accessibility concerns, please email our planners at lindsayandtim@willowandoakevents.com no later than 31st July to discuss options. Wilderness has a handful of transport options on-site if needed, but these must be scheduled in advance to ensure availability.

For barista-brewed coffee, we recommend stopping by the Farm Shop & Reception for Wilderness' Chapel Barn Estate (address below ; approx. 10 min drive from Sibton Estate). Park next to the tennis courts at the entrance, and grab yourself a coffee or tea to enjoy on-the-go!
